Our maintenance service agreement includes support from Synergy's Operations Center Help Desk team, plus all parts and labor costs with multiple response times available:

Reporting Delivered Through eSupport Portal
Problem reports are provided per day, week and month sorted by severity, location, problem, cause and repair. The Operations Center's eSupport portal allows 24-hour access to our database. Clients can run reports, track problems and view technician notes – all from the web.
